Canberra Raiders duo Jordan Rapana and Zac Woolford are both facing suspensions following the side’s win over the Roosters on Sunday.
Rapana was placed on report during the game after lashing out with his boot and striking Egan Butcher in the face, leaving the young Tricolours forward gushing with blood.
The 32-year-old has been charged with grade one dangerous contact, and will miss one game if he takes the early guilty plea.
If the club or Rapana choose to fight the charge and lose he will miss two games.
Woolford has been charged with a grade one crusher tackle, after an awkward incident involving Joseph Suaalii.
The rookie hooker can either take a $1500 fine or a one-game suspension with an early plea, but if he fights it and loses the charge will become $2000 or a one-match ban.
The pair have until Tuesday to decide their pleas.
Earlier in the weekend, Kyle Flanagan was charged with a grade one dangerous throw on Viliame Kikau, but will avoid suspension with an early plea.
