It’s strange enough to encounter someone that looks like you – but what if you found out they had the same name, the same profession, and were born only a couple of years apart?

But the 32-year-old, who plays for the independent Long Island Ducks, and the 27-year-old, who plays for Oakland’s lower league affiliate Las Vegas Aviators, were no match.

American publication Inside Edition got the pair together in 2022, and they pledged to stay in touch.

“I think it’s awesome – there’s someone out there who looks like you, but to have the same name and look similar? It’s pretty crazy,” the elder Fiegl said in the video where the pair met.

Fiegl senior had the same surgery, and said that the kinship between the pair wouldn’t fade just because of the DNA test.

“We’re still brothers in a way,” the 32-year-old said in a recent Sun article.

“And we’ll always be Brady Feigl.”
